Tiptop Property is in the process of forming an academy for future enlightened millionaires. Young people will undergo training on mind-set and financial skills based on 'true North' guiding principles which aim to provide them with solid foundation for success in order that they can contribute to their communities.

Training material will be based on the teachings of such personal development experts as Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Keith Cunningham, Naploeon Hill, Wayne Dyer and Depak Chopra.
